High-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs will serve your business meetings well and you will have access to our HD projector and screen for work presentations and film viewings.
On booking, we send out a comprehensive list of private chefs and recommended local restaurants, all within a 5 – 10 minute walk of the house. We can arrange beauty therapists who are happy to offer treatments in the comfort of the house. We have people who will deliver a high-end afternoon tea for you. We can arrange paddle-boarding or yoga, and the blue flag beaches of St Leonards on sea are literally a stones’ throw away.
We understand that a change of scenery can often spark creativity and boost team morale. In your free time, you and your team can explore the cobbled streets of Olde Hastings. Follow the well-marked trail through Hastings Country Park (designated as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) to the Medieval Cinque Port towns of Winchelsea and Rye. Alternatively, head West out of the house and make the 5 mile walk along the top of the beach to the noteworthy Art Deco De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill On Sea. The return leg is an easy train ride back to St Leonards Warrior Square mainline railway station – a 7 minute walk from the house, and a good place to alight if you’re coming down from London (80 minute direct train from London Bridge).
